In order to provide our customers with the highest guarantee of food safety, we work according to Hazard Analyses of Critical Control Points (HACCP) standards. These are closely linked to the national and international standards we adhere to, including the Dutch Rule on the Hygiene of Foodstuffs, the Food and Consumer Product Safety Authority’s Hygiene Code, the GMP rules, the European Foodstuffs Regulations and the Codex Alimentarius standards. All of our raw materials and end products are extensively tested for overall quality and food safety aspects. Lypack’s HACCP system is certified by the COKZ (the Netherlands controlling agency for milk and milk products).
