Lypack’s quality management system is based on the European Foundation Quality Award (EFQM) model. In this model, the interests of all stakeholders – customers, partners, suppliers, employees, financers, the Board and society at large – are carefully balanced in a way that profits all. We are dedicated to actively respond to changing market conditions, and follow a Plan Do Check Act (PDCA) methodology to ensure we continuously improve.

This process is now firmly anchored in our day-to-day operations and management. Together with our years of experience as an independent producer for internationally leading brands, this makes it possible to quickly and effectively respond to the quality needs of specific clients, and integrate them into our own quality management system.
