Our well-equipped factory with seven production lines offers a variety of filling and production options – this is one of the reasons we’re used by top-brand international companies. We are able to pack our powder-based formulas in cans, sachets or pouches, and in a variety of sizes and weights. Blending is another one of our specialities. Our computerised weighing and blending facilities make it possible to homogenously blend any necessary additional ingredients into formulas on site, while ensuring constant quality of the finished product. Product quality and hygiene are top priorities at Lypack. We carefully monitor our formulas using integrated twisters, metal catchers and sieves, as well as X-ray and scanning systems. Our canning facilities and processes created a controlled atmosphere inside the packing which helps further extend the product shelf life.
